Nehru Institute of Technology successfully organized “Coffee with HR”, an exclusive industry interaction session featuring the Human Resource professionals of TVS Mobility Pvt. Ltd. on 16 April 2025. The event provided an excellent platform for students and faculty members to engage directly with industry experts and gain valuable insights into current recruitment trends, workplace expectations, and career opportunities in the mobility and automotive sectors.

During the interactive session, HR representatives from TVS Mobility shared their perspectives on employability skills, industry readiness, professional competencies, and the evolving demands of the corporate world. A major highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Nehru Institute of Technology and TVS Mobility Pvt. Ltd. The MoU aims to strengthen industry-academia collaboration through initiatives such as internships, industrial visits, expert lectures, skill development programmes, training opportunities, collaborative projects, and placement support for students.
