With over 20 years of experience in academia and industry, I specialize in hybrid fiber-reinforced concrete, sustainable construction materials, and AI-integrated civil engineering technologies. I have authored ten technical books, published extensively in Scopus and SCI-indexed journals, and filed over 20 patents focused on innovative and eco-friendly construction solutions. As the Head of Academic Affairs at Nehru Institute of Technology, I am committed to enriching the institution’s academic environment by leading curriculum design, enhancing teaching-learning practices, and empowering faculty development. I actively promote research-driven education, organize international academic events, and contribute as a peer reviewer for globally reputed journals. Through strategic planning and interdisciplinary collaboration, I strive to ensure that our academic initiatives remain at the forefront of excellence and innovation.
